About the food - suppliers

Our breakfast menu includes organic  traditional English breakfast or veggie alternatives, some lighter dishes such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and some old favourites. We also have a range of cereals (including gluten free), juices, teas and fresh ground coffees.

Our
Lincolnshire sausages are from Field Farm Organics at Hugh Toynton Near Horncastle. Mildly flavoured with sage and with natural skins they are the best REAL Lincolnshire sausages we have found.

Redhill Farm near Lincoln are farmers and producers of national award winning free range pork, using traditional, simple methods.
We buy their
dry cured bacon which means there is no added water so there is less shrinkage during cooking and more of the natural sweet flavour is retained.

Fruit & Vegetables
As much as possible from organic farm shops, farmers markets and home grown by us or our neighbours.

Tins, packets & dried goods
including organic sugar, coffee, teas & cereals, are purchased from Suma who is the UK's largest independent wholesaler and distributor of quality vegetarian, fairly traded, organic and natural foods.
