X-COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIP

The inter-club cross-country championships are run by four clubs; Clowne
Road Runners, Killamarsh Kestrels, Handsworth Road Hoggs and Retford AC.
Each club hosts a cross-country race. Ten men (Seven & three vets) and
four ladies (three & one vet) count for club positions.

Everyone who completes all four races receives a medal.

Trophies for 1st male, 1st female, 1st vet male, 1st vet female, winning male
team and winning feamle team overall four races and the overall team.

It only costs two pounds for all four races, so come and help Clowne to win.

Remember to keep your number, as it is used for all the races.

All runners MUST run in club colours and be paid up members.
