Spinal Injuries
he Back-Up Trust is a national charity that supports people; young or old with spinal cord injury.
We run a variety of services that encourage self-confidence, independence and motivation following a traumatic life changing incident resulting in spinal cord injury. We also support friends, families and colleagues of all those who are affected to encourage integration and promote disability awareness and collaboration.
