Lodge Family Day to
Kelburn Country Park
On August 28th 2011 the Lodge had its
annual Family Day out this time to Kelburn Country Park. Another great day
weather wise and a fantastic day as regards the food provided by our two not
quite intrepid BBQ chefs. We had football with the R.W.P.G.M. Bro Archibald
Chalmers in goals (whit a laugh) and a marvellous job he did
too. We had tours of Kelburn House, time at the soft play and lots of walks
throughout the park. Once again thanks go to Bro Brian and Mrs Esther Gibson for
making the arrangements and also to those who contributed with food and drinks
for the day. The Lodge is pleased to announce that the R.W.P.G.M. and his wife
reported as having had a really enjoyable day with the Brethren of Lodge 320 and
their families especially as they didn't get food poisoning.
