Lunar Eclipse
Here is the latest eclipse taken 23:43 on 03 March 2007
I was having trouble taking pics as my Nikon Coolpix wouldn't compensate with the brightness of the moon so that I could capture the progression The pictures all came out like this :
I think you can just see a shadow forming bottom left

We could see the pink colouring of the moon. This just about shows in a couple of the pictures. We were lucky we could see as the cloud was covering the moon from time to time. These pics and movie were taken with my Sharp VN-EZ1 digicam and edited using Corel Photopaint 8. The movie shows a few seconds of the eclipse, zooming in and backout. I can't show the better video which I made as the accompanying soundtrack is not suitable as Peter decided to go to the loo just at that moment!
