The project, renamed in 2005 as the Farbio GTS, was later overseen at specialist facilities near Bath (UK) by Chris Marsh (of Marcos connections), eventually bought in March 2010 by Ginetta Cars Ltd., renamed the Ginetta F400, with the intention of selling these as road cars.
