We're on Lambeth Street (not surprisingly!), just off Audley Range.
From Blackburn town centre, head out towards Accrington and Burnley along the A677 and turn right onto Lambeth Street just after the car showrooms on the right. Go up the slight hill and go straight on at the junction onto the continuation of Lambeth Street. We're on the right before you reach Audley Range.
From Accrington, continue along Accrington Road, bear slightly left onto Audley Range at the Toll Bar / Fountain Inn. Continue along Audley Range for about 0.4 miles and turn right into Lambeth Street: the Surgery will be staring you in the face, on the left.
