Gum Shield / Mouth Guard's

If you play any kind of physical sport, at school or in a club, there's a
risk of dental damage.
Mouthguards (often known as Gum Shields) are like a crash helmet
for teeth and are almost universally worn in direct contact sports such as
Boxing, American football and most Martial Arts.
However, being accidentally caught in the face by a squash racket, or
falling awkwardly across show jumping poles, can cause more damage to
the teeth than any blow from a boxing glove.
These days, mouth guards are worn by players in:

Rugby, Hockey, Martial Arts,
Cricket, Skateboarding, Mountain Biking,
A split lip will heal; broken teeth won't. Restorative dental treatment can be costly, time consuming and painful. They are available in a variety of stiles, designs and colours to choose from. On this page are just a few examples of the types available.
