Dogs £10 per pet per week. Other well behaved pets considered.
Easter and Bank holiday weeks are charged at the peak season rate. Short breaks and off season tariff available upon request.
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, a telephone booking will be held for four working days only.
Payment in full is required six weeks before the date of the start of the holiday.
Guests are advised to take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation. Refunds will only be considered if we are able to rebook the cottage for the same dates and will be subject to an administration charge.
All prices fully inclusive of electricity and linen.

Unless by prior agreement all holidays run from Saturday to Saturday. On the day of arrival the cottage will be available from 3pm.
In order to maintain our high standards guests are respectfully asked to vacate by 10am on the day of departure to facilitate the preparation of the cottage for incoming guests.
