SAFETY ISSUES

A  NOTICE TO SPECTATORS  AND COMPETITORS

ROUND BALES ARE VERY HEAVY

AND COULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY.

In the interests of safety you are asked to be vigilant at all times during the evening and to keep a close eye on children. Road areas are particularly dangerous especially the area down Beach Road towards Poor House Lane.

The Marshall’s on the course were concerned last year that some “unattended” children were trying to “race the bale”.
