£5 MAT FEE (regardless of how long you train for)

Just turn up on the day.

Refreshments available

Just turn up to roll, practice takedowns, etc (your choice)

or if you would like to teach a technique you are more than welcome to do so.

This is designed to be a fun, learning session with no egos. 

Please don't turn up with the intention of trying to batter everyone, it is a teaching/learning session

This is a great session for people of all abilities/styles to have a go at some techniques regardless of your style
