About Churches Together in Kent

Within the County of Kent, the Medway Unitary Authority, and the London Boroughs
of Bexley and Bromley, we are the organisation supported by the
Baptist, Church of England, Methodist, Religious Society of Friends (Quakers),
Roman Catholic, Salvation Army, and United Reformed Churches to:

  * sponsor Local Ecumenical Partnerships between the Christian denominations;
  * provide information exchange (Newsletter, advice, etc), and                          
  * be the formal link between local Christian/Churches Together groups             
      and the national organisation which is
Churches Together in England
  * be the formal church link to "county" wide groups (Police, Media, Regional Government,....
