Domestic Violence Pack

The Domestic Violence Task Force of Churches Together in the Merseyside Region has produced a resource pack for use in churches in the Merseyside region.  The pack includes ideas for practical support of those experiencing Domestic Violence, suggestions for their pastoral support, theological reflections, bible studies for use with small groups and resource information.  There is also a CD Rom with all the materials in the printed booklet, sample posters and other publicity resources.  A copy of the pack has been sent to County Ecumenical Officers and if any church group would like to borrow the material, please contact Michael Cooke

Safe Surfing

The WAY.CO.UK (Abbey House, Clarendon Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1QZ) have recently written to CTK announcing the launch of their Christian Resource Centre. They can also offer Safe Surfing (a filtering software program on their server, which is behind a firewall = safe from hackers).
