Local village amenities include 6 restaurants, 4 bar/restaurants, 2 general provisions stores, a bank with 24 hr ATM, chemist, newsagents, hair dressers, doctors, dentists, motor mechanic and a hardware store - not bad considering the population is only around 1000.

Jalon, the main town of the valley and which is only 3 km's away, has an even wider selection to choose from, including several bodegas selling local wines at excellent prices. Jalon also hosts the famous Saturday Rastro, with it's 200+ stalls competing to offer a large selection of goods including antiques and bric-a-brac.

Only a short walk from the centre of this charming village, the small development of Los Robles offers an excellent location for touring the area, hitting the beaches, eating your fill in the many restaurants and bars in the area, or just staying put and unwinding in the plentiful sun.
