Prices are for the property per
week in UK pounds, and includes a standard end clean. Upon booking, we will require a non-returnable 25%
deposit or full payment if within 8 weeks of departure. We will send you a
receipt and confirm your booking requirements. The balance of your payment
is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date. We also require a deposit of £100 per booking to cover breakages, damage etc. This will be fully refunded to you a few days after your holiday, subject to our agents checking the villa after your stay. If additional linen cleaning is required, this will incur an additional charge at cost. Please note we do not accept bookings for single sex parties where the lead person is under 25 years of age.
