The spacious lounge/dining room is well equipped with TV, DVD Player, Hi-Fi and a selection of DVD's, CD's books and games. The large sofa also converts into a comfortable double bed. |

The lounge gives access to the central hallway with further access to the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Also, patio doors lead to the terrace. |

The villa has one double and one twin bedroom, with roller shutters and tilt and turn windows. Each room has ample storage with large built-in wardrobes and drawers for smaller items. |

it's vines and orange trees, the large rear covered terrace offers the ideal
place to eat al fresco, sunbathe or simply relax and unwind. Steps lead down to a secluded rear garden, where you can sunbathe nearly all day long. Two sunbeds are available for our guests. A barbeque is provided for use in the garden area. |

The inviting swimming pool measuring 7m by 3m can be accessed directly from the private rear garden area, ideal for a leisurely swim or just a quick dip to cool off, followed by a secluded sunbathe. The pool is shared with three other villas.
