*** Trailer bikes, trailers and child seats are only
available with a cycle-ops hire bike on one day hires. A charge of £5 will
be made to fit a trailer bike or trailer to a customer’s bike for longer
hires.

To reserve a hire bike
or bikes -
IMPORTANT INFORMATION–
To guarantee your hire bikes and have them
ready waiting for you we must have a pre paid deposit of 25% .Please see note below*
If we only have a verbal booking then you
may have to wait to be served when you arrive.

the site via the contact page or email us at -

We will confirm availability by return - this will be as promptly as we are
able.
• We accept cash, cheques with guarantee card,
and any Visa, Switch or MasterCard. Unfortunately we cannot accept American
Express.
• You need to pay any hire payment plus a deposit before we can release the
bike.
•Prior to the day- You can send a cheque by post or let us have your credit
card details over the phone.
All other reserved bikes
• On the day- Pay by any of the means above.
• We are investigating the possibility
of Web based payment, and hope to offer this service soon.
• Please note.
We may require proof of identity prior to
hire.
We reserve the right to retain a deposit if
cancellation is not notified to us 24 hours before the hire date. In the
case of Tandems we reserve the right to retain a deposit should we be
unable to hire the bike otherwise.
We
retain the right to charge the full hire charge if the bike is prepared for
you, and with or without a notice of cancellation , we are unable to hire
the bike otherwise
