Code of conduct

Clubhouse

• Please respect all staff.
• No smoking anywhere in the clubhouse.

• Please wear appropriate clothing. No studs, spikes or muddy footwear, bare feet or sweaty, dirty clothes in the Clubhouse.
• Always use a bin to dispose of rubbish.
• Treat all furniture with respect.
• Do not tamper with any equipment (please ask Bar staff to change T.V. channels,

volume etc.)

• Only staff are allowed behind the Bar.
• Extinguish cigarettes safely in the external ashtrays.
• No kit bags are to be taken upstairs, when possible they should be returned to a car or placed neatly under the stairs.
• Leave the changing rooms tidy, do not leave any equipment in them as people use them through the week.
• Please respect other member’s sports.

Car Park

· Please park in bays only, leave disabled bays for Blue badge holders.

· Do not block access to any part of building or grounds.

· ALWAYS ALLOW ACCESS FOR AMBULANCE AND FIRE VEHICLES

Grounds

• Only to be used for sports as intended, with permission.
• No dogs are allowed on the grass areas or in the clubhouse.
• Changing rooms and ground to be left clean and tidy.

Junior members

Whilst we welcome children they MUST be under parental control at all times.

Please do not allow them to:

· play/climb on the furniture,

· play on the balcony or spiral staircase.

· play in the corridors or on the stairs.

· tamper with the lift.

· interfere with the automatic front doors.

· play on areas of the grounds that are fenced off eg. the cricket square, football goal areas, car park etc.

· climb on the Football dugouts, Rugby club containers, etc.

Failure to conform to this code of conduct may result in you being asked to leave and your membership rescinded.
