Our Vision

 

 

 

 The overall vision of the club is to provide quality, safe opportunities within football for young people aged six to sixteen years in our community. 

 

To provide a structured football programme to encourage children away from playing in the streets.

 

To help children develop personal skill and confidence, whilst increasing their physical well-being.

 

To encourage and introduce children of all abilities to football regardless of age, sex, religion and sexual orientation.

 

To maintain a well run and established club with an ongoing commitment to children from the local community and the surrounding areas.

 

To establish a recognised feeder system for youngsters for the transition to adult football.

 

To enhance a community team spirit amongst the adult volunteers in the development of the club and youngsters involved.

o         To ensure that people of all ages and ability have the opportunity to play football.

o         To establish a central training site and home ground facilities for players and supporters alike. 

o         To provide a net work of qualified Chartered Standard coaches, referees, linesman and emergency trained members.

Leagues, Competition and Small-sided Football

 

Aim

 

 

o         To provide under 7 to under 16 age groups with opportunities to play competitive football.

o         To encourage a disability team should the need arise.

 

 

 

Achievement Targets

 

 

o       All mini soccer teams to be registered in the Tandridge Youth League.

o         All junior teams to be registered in the Tandridge Youth League.

o         To run one annual mini soccer tournament.
