Our Song

A boat on a sea of blue,
The deepest blue I've ever seen.
It sails on waves,
Powerful waves,
Waves that roar to me.
The boat, it sings a song,
A song of love,
Of love untold,
Untold, that is, to me.
The love, it speaks to me,
It speaks its heart,
It speaks for it is she.
She, she comes to me,
Holds me in her arms,
Kisses me affectionately,
For in love are we.

Tears Of My Love

I see a girl on a beach.
She is crying.
I sit down next to her.
She leans on me,
And cries still.
Then I place my arms around her,
Calm her,
Comfort her.
Still she cries.
Then I tell her that I love her,
That I always have,
And always will.
She stops crying,
And says she knows,
Has always known.
She says she cries because she loves me,
She loves me, and it ruins her life,
Because she could never admit it.
"I know," I say.
And with that I take her hand,
And we walk away,
To the sound of the waves.

Running Through The Woods

I am Running through some woods.
I am looking for my love.
I know she is here.
I can hear her feet
 Treading through the leaves.
I can hear her breathing -
 Hoarse but rhythmic.
She is running from something,
Not from me,
  But something dark, evil.
He means her death,
But he will not catch her.
He can't
  Because I am here.
I won't give up-
  I can't give up.
I will find her
  Because I love her.
She knows I am here,
She isn't scared,
  But still she runs.
Because she must.

A Day of Bliss

I hear patters from a small stream.
My love eludes me.
I feel the rain fall upon my face,
And then she holds me.
I dive and feel the ocean all around me.
She kisses me.
I feel the coll breeze under the stars
As she sleeps.

Morning comes, and she awakes.
We laugh gleefully as I chase her
Over the small stream,
Near where we lay in the night.

It rains and I lose her.
I stop and listen,
Looking for her.
She appears from behind me,
And embraces me.

We take a boat out for the afternoon.
She appears to stumble, falls.
I dive after her.
I come up for breath beside her,
And again we embrace,
In a passionate kiss.

It grows late, and she sleeps.
Upon my shoulder she lies her head.
We lie under the stars,
And I enjoy bliss.

We Met In A Dream

I see her.
I see her everywhere.
I see her everywhere, and I am the only one.
Only I can see her,
Only I can feel her,
She is my love,
And she is mine and mine alone.

She knows me.
She knew who I was before we met.
We met in a dream:
No words were spoken,
(There was no need)
No actions were taken,
(There was no time)
But we met.

Her eyes are the light and the dark;
They shine, and yet
They absorb all light.
They are blue like the ocean,
And blue like the sky,
They are so penetrating,
But I find them compelling.

Her hair is dark,
Darker than night,
So dark that
It is darker even than the absence of all light.
She is so real;
I can feel her,
And yet I cannot.
I can kiss her,
And hold her close to me,
And yet I cannot.
When I do,
There is no physical contact,
And yet it feels the same,
The feeling stays with me,
Forever, like a taste so sweet,
So intoxicating you can't lose it.
It is a feeling that stays with you
Like the way love stays with you.
You feel it,
And as long as you remember it,
You will feel it always.

She knew me before we met;
She has watched me,
Stay with me always.
She is older than me,
Yet not by far, I know.
She has taught me.
She has taught me how to think,
How to feel.
How to feel all that is,
And is not.
She taught me how to love,
What it is.
All this and more,
Without words.

She comforts me
When I am down,
Pulls me up,
When I fall,
Inspires me,
When I am uninspired.
She shares my pain,
And I, hers.

Our love is like light:
Intangible,
But strong and true;
Impossible,
But it is there.

We don't know why we are,
We cannot understand it,
But like all in life,
And in life itself,
We accept it.

I feel her in the wind,
Hear her in the sea,
See her in my spirit,
And feel her in my heart.

She is love itself,
And we have lived,
Hand in hand through the ages,
Lived many lives,
Seen many souls,
And we have found each other,
Always.

We met in a dream,
And like all dreams,
It came from the heart.
Some are born of fear,
Some of desire,
Some of confusion,
But this one was born of love.
Her dress was blue,
Deep and dark,
Like that of her eyes
(And the ocean).
It was long:
It glided across the floor.
She seemed airy,
Unearthly, like an angel,
Yet she isn't.

She appeared,
And a breeze blue over me,
Yet I felt no chill.
Her aura was warm,
Yet I felt no heat.

A look of her eyes told all,
But not enough:
'We have not long,
So ask no questions.
Our love is eternal.
I have loved you
Since I knew you,
And I have known you always.'

'You feel it too, I know.
You love me,
But don't know why.
You know me,
But have never seen me before,
And yet you feel you have.
You wonder if maybe,
In ages past,
We walked together,
And were in love together.
You are right,
You know you are,
But you feel something is wrong.
You want to know
Why we are not together,
And I tell you now:
Your answers will come,
We will be together.'

We met in a dream,
My love and I.
She sang to me,
Not with words,
Not with sounds,
But with her heart.
She sang,
And I heard her,
Not with my ears,
But with my heart.

She is my love,
She is mine only,
And we met in a dream.

I Know (Short and Sweet)

I know I will find my love,
I might meet her in the skies above,
I might see her in the ses below,
But all I know,
  Is I will find her.

I know she is there,
In the deep of blue somewhere.
I know she is near,
And when we meet I shall know no fear,
  For she is my love.

Physical Limits

I love you,
  Yet I cannot see you.
I need you,
  Yet I cannot touch you.
I want you,
Yet I do not know you.
I cannot see you,
Yet still you appear to me.
I cannot touch you,
  Yet still I feel you,
I do not know you,
  Yet still I love you.

The physical limits mean nothing,
  Our love goes unrestricted.

Who are you, My one Deep Blue?

We are lovers,
  Who will never quarrel,
For our love is deep and true,
Perfect in every way.
You know me by name,
But I know not yours,
So by advice,
I call you 'Love Immortal'.
Yet `Deep Blue'
  You will remain to me,
Whatever your name.
'Who are you?'
  I often wonder,
But I only know one answer:
  'My love.'

Perhaps

Perhaps in times of long ago,
My love I did once know.
Perhaps we walked hand-in-hand,
And each other we did understand.
Perhaps in her hair she'd plant a flower,
And we would kiss upon each hour.
Perhaps we love eternally,
And to love her is the key.
Perhaps the reason for our parting
Is so that we know the joy of love restarting.

Passion on a Beach

Once again we stroll along the beach,
Her hand in mine, our fingers interlocked.
A sudden breeze drifts by,
We stop.
She squeezes my hand, I turn
To meet her lips with mine,
And our eyes dance
In a slow smooth tango
I hold her closer,
I kiss her deeper,
Harder, and our passion grows more fierce.
I softly tug down the shoulders of her dress,
And I unclasp the garland holding it
Around her waist, and then
It falls.
We continue to kiss, and she
Unbuttons my shirt slowly,
Though not to tease, but to make the moment last.
My lip move to her ears, her neck.
She kisses my temple, unbuttons my belt.
By now our clothes all lay upon the sand,
We imitate them, falling soundlessly.
Coalescing, we hold each other tighter,
Breathing harsher, in unision,
Our bodies rocking to a slow beat,
As our souls begin to lift.
No longer able to stay silent, we moan,
Not caring who may hear.
The beat shifts, our hearts beat faster,
Our passion grows more fierce,
Our grip on one another stronger,
Our voices louder,
All senses transcending upon a crescendo of passion.
Then we peak, and feel ecstasy
In time with waves we barely hear
Crashing upon the shore,
No longer two, but one,
Rolling, kissing, turning,
No rhythm in our emotion,
Only chaos in the madness
Of the frenzy of our love but then gradually
We feel Eden fade.
Awoken from our passion,
We lay in one another's arms,
Resting, tired from the surrealism of it all.
We're in love.

Always

I feel her lips touch mine,
The heat from them radiates,
Through my mouth, my throat, my chest.
As I reach for her neck my hand brushes her breasts.
I see the shiver of pleasure that runs down her spine in her eyes.
She smiles, laughs.
I smile back, and bring my hand back down,
And the other moves up,
To caress he bosoms freely,
As we continue to kiss passionately.
We pause, and she lifts off he sweater,
And I suddenly realise she is naked underneath.
I ask, 'you were expecting this?'
She giggles, amused at my surprise.
'But you weren't,' she says,
A wry smile on her face.
I laugh, knowing she set me up.
'I love you,' I say, 'but you know me too well.'
She laughs again -
'Of course. I love you don't I?'
In answer I move to kiss her neck, but,
She is too quick and she slips behind me,
To kiss mine.
In retaliation, I turn about,
And pull her down with me to the sand.
We roll about, laughing gleefully,
Fighting for domination.
She pins me down, and teases me,
Undoes one button, and kisses me slowly,
Repeats for the next button on my shirt,
And son on until the last button, where,
Suddenly she rips open my shirt.
She rubs my chest, kisses it,
Teasing me again.
I flip us over,
And do likewise to her,
Moving slowly down from her nape,
And as I near the nipple of her left breast,
She throws me off, tenses, and pounces on me.
I lose the air from my lungs, and struggle to breathe,
With her full weight upon my chest.
I stop breathing, my eyes close,
I feel her relinquish me,
And I leap up,
Running along where the waves lap the sand.
She makes chase,
Catches up to me, and knocks me down.
We give in to our passion,
And make sweet love on the beach,
The waves falling upon us on every beat.
And when we have finished,
We lay there in each other's arms,
Looking up at the stars,
And I ask her, 'will we always be like this?'
'Always.'

Wolf Of Darkness

She stood by the yew, watching, waiting,
He strode below the darkness,
Unperturbed by the smell of decay.
She let out a breath, an indiscriminate sigh.
He drew towards her...
She spied him stalking amongst the graves.

"You are late," she stated.
He growled softly, in mock annoyance,
She laughed, apparently a sound likening to a sprite.
He circled her, devouring her soul with his eyes.
Her eyes followed his.

His eyes, a flaming fury of sad darkness,
Hers a sea of unfathomable love and loneliness.
His heart met hers,
His flames were quenched,
Her tears were taken.
Her soul met his,
His darkness faded,
Her loneliness became filled with belonging.

The Wolf of Darkness met the Woman with the Deep Blue Eyes...
They kissed.
They danced.
They fell in love.

Waking Dream

A waking dream,
A quake within my soul.
My burning eyes calm to black
As she breathes beneath the skin.

A soundless word,
An eyeless stare,
I see, I hear her prayer,
Her song.

A lone ray of light
Reaches out to me,
Intertwining my aura,
Changing me.

Healing,
Reviving,
Undying,
I fall away from the dark,
My heart,
Her soul,
Inflamed.

Alight with life
She screams:
A song within a song.
A call.
A summons.
I wake.
