2m Repeaters in my area

Northern England

My QTH is roughly a third of the way between GB3YW (Flockton near the Emley Moor TV mast) and GB3TP (Silsden near Keighley), both give good signals and can be accessed from a handheld with rubber duck antenna.

Using the co-linear on the roof of the house, I can also access GB3HH (Harpur Hill near Buxton) and GB3MI (North Manchester).

GB3MP (Moel-y-parc near Bodfari, North Wales) is perceptable as is GB3HS (South Cave near Hull), with a beam they would be workable from home. GB3MP is certainly workable from half a mile away at Hartshed Moor Top.

A local repeater GB3NA (Barnsley Metrodome) is not accessable from this QTH or from Hartshed Moor Top. It's current location is pretty poor in this direction compared to previous times when it gave good coverage to West Yorkshire. This is less of an issue now with the birth of GB3YW which from it's commanding position on Emley Moor gives excellent coverage with access being possible even north of Newcastle!
