"This is a good idea, Spike. You know it is."
Spike and Sidney are both losers and drug users. One night they break into an abandoned hospital in search of drugs, and find themselves inmates in an institution for the insane. Escape seems hopeless, yet there is a girl there whom Spike remembers ... but from where? Conforming to what the institution requires leads to madness or death, but which will Spike and Sidney choose?

This story makes much of its dream and drug inspired themes to present some horrific halluciogenic imagery - climaxing with the nurse tearing her own face off. In fact, the story is a clevery written parable about the choice between heaven and hell, and whether there might be other alternatives. Thought provoking and well made, this is the sort of episode you wouldn't find anywhere elsewhere.
