Synopsis Friday night after school: the fearsome Mr Rogers summons five of his slacker sixth form students to detention for their various misdemenours. One of them, Kevin, becomes convinced he's trapped in the storyline of an old slasher movie he's seen, and he seems to be right as when another student tries to escape, he explodes. Chaos rules as death stalks the school halls. The wrong characters are being killed, and in this script, no-one's quite sure who survives. Comment Every slasher movie trope is wheeled out in this homage to the genre. The deaths are gruesome and inventive, and there is little sense of who will emerge unscathed, or indeed who the killer is. In the end, deVille decides to go for broke and presents a series of multiple endings in which every character is both hero and killer - finally blurring the lines between reality and film forever.
