Conditions and Limitations.
Call's made to you on our call back will be 30 max, no more than 2 per day.
We will not except reverse calls in any way when you call us.
We will not except any calls that are abusive or rude, membership will be nulled.
No refunds will be made in any event unless it is due to our department being closed down for any reason we need to give.
Membership fee will not be returned due to loss of telephone service either way, or break downs beyond our help, eg BT/O2 systems or our internet systems being lost.
We except no responsibility for your PC/Software/Modems/Broadband damage or loss in anyway, as we never touch your systems, so you need to listen with care as to what you should do to repair your systems when you call us.
We make no refunds in membership fee's or part of membership fee if you have not needed this service or not used it for any reason.
