Location           Llanmadoc and Cheriton are two small villages tucked away in the north west of Gower peninsula.
Llanmadoc  which takes its name from the Church of St Madoc has many guesthouses, a large Holiday Home site called Whiteford Bay Leisure Homes and one alehouse called Britannia Inn.
Cheriton, the small adjacent village, also has a church which is probably the most beautiful church in Gower.
Gower peninsula is one of Britain's best holiday destinations. The first area in the United Kingdom to be designated an Area of Outstanding Beauty. It's simply got everything: towering cliffs, sandy beaches, great water sports facilities, a fascinating history and all the benefits of a thriving city of Swansea only a short drive away.
Part of the charm of Gower is that it is so unspoilt. Even on the busiest Bank Holiday you can escape the crowds and enjoy the seclusion of your own piece of glorious golden sands especially in the beaches of Whiteford Bay, Broughton, Blue Pool and Bury Holmes.

Click on the church and enjoy the view from the church to the beach.
