Time 10:00   Meet: Mitchel Troy church car park. From Monmouth take A40 S, exit just before tunnel, take left at Tee (B4293), when road forks, take R.H. signed Mitchel Troy.  Car park is on R.H. side just after the pedestrian crossing.
Walk: Trealy Wood, Craig Y Dorth, Cwmcarvan Church, Glanau, Noddfa, Lydart Orles Wood.  A strenuous walk with extended views and seasonal flowering shrubs.  Picnic Lunch
