Gliding vouchers make an ideal birthday gift
and can be purchased from the club although it doesn't have to be
your birthday, you can pop over any flying day and we'll try and get
you flown round. Visitors are always made welcome. We fly every
Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday (weather permitting)
During your flight, which will be with a
qualified flying instructor in one of our 2 seat training aircraft
pictured above , you will have the opportunity to take control and
experience what is like to fly a glider.
Trial flights
cost just £30.00 for a single flight, there is a reduction for
groups of 10 or more (£15.00 for juniors or students- see scale of
charges under...Rates). This will include a months membership of the
club dated from the first flight, any further flights within that
month will only cost £10
If you join within the month, the temporary
membership fee will be credited towards your full membership fee. In
addition, evening trial flight sessions can be arranged for groups
of visitors during the summer months - please
