| The Auction is being sponsored again by Knight Frank, this year being held in the arena and witll be a much shorter event than last year. Starting with a chirildren's section, followed by a combination of household goods and a fine selection of donated vouchers and gifts |
| The Cargill Tea Tent |
| The Tea Tent, prides itself on delicious home made produce, including freshly made sandwiches with delicious, quality fillings eg hand carved ham and salad. The selection of cakes is always a treat as are the cream teas. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are served here. The tables and chairs outside the Tea Tent are positioned to offer a good view of what's going on, the arena and a great place to meet friends and acquaintances! |

| The Gourmet BBQ will be serving high quality beefburgers and hot dogs. The bread is made and supplied by local bakers. The BBQ is located alongside the Tea Tent and the Ajax Beer Tent at the 'top' of the Arena Green |

| Should go to the Southern Sound PA caravan next to the arena where an announcement can be made. Children can be told to go to the dark blue gazebo's with an Ajax banner or look for an adult with Ajax badge for help should they become separated. |
