It
all started in 1967. A few innocent values appeared one day, then
a bundle more and Machin collections began. As a taste of what was
to come, rate changes led to more values and the first colour change,
4p black to red, which, in turn meant that the 8p had to go light
turquoise. Value tablets were changed as did gums and booklets produced
phosphor band variations. 15 denominations and about 40 stamps could
make a pretty 'complete' collection. Those were the days!
Haven't done
the list yet but check back soon as it shouldn't be too difficult
now that I'm getting up uo date with the rest. Illustrations available,
though. |
