A guide to British Machin definitives by Andrew Hill

On my previous site the prices quoted in the listing were intended as a guide and were based on those applying in the market at the time of preparation. Items available over the Post Office counter were priced, somewhat logically, at  their face value. I said then that you may be reading this after some items have been withdrawn  and so the face value is of marginal use but it seemed a better option than leaving a blank. Changed my mind since and have decided just to update those with a market price of more than £1. So there are a lot of blanks at the moment after all.

I shall update prices at regular intervals and will  mark noticeable changes to help in future reference.

Should you wish me to supply any items then I would  hope to be able to do so at or below the prices shown. Please understand that I cannot guarantee to supply any item at the price indicated, much as I would  like to. I would also need to add a modest amount for postage and packing.  Anyone wishing to purchase items should contact me in the first instance and I will provide an accurate quotation based on current conditions.

I am also interested in buying items. Again, contact me for more information and an offer.
