The bathroom has an obscured double glazed window with blind and is comprised of a white suite including a panelled bath with tiled splashbacks, a low level WC and a wash hand basin with vanity unit for storage.

There is also a “Whitewater Vermont” thermostatically controlled over the bath shower and toughened glass shower screen with an extractor fan in the ceiling.

A large airing cupboard houses the factory insulated hot water tank and pump, and at the same time provides excellent space for towels and other articles of clothing.

The bathroom is heated via a centrally heated radiator.
