TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION
This is what we want and we hope the new management wants it too, but as of yet we are not totally sure that they do, but we are keeping our ears to the ground.

WHY TIM WAS REALLY SUSPENDED!
The truth seems to have emerged this week and its ramification are not entirely obvious at the moment.
An ASD child was coming home with bruises etc., and bullying by pupils was making him sick. Mother complained, Tim acknowledged that the school could 'no longer meet his needs'
This is a bit odd, as why couldn't the school sort out the bullies? Aren't there enough staff?
Mother telephones 'school nurse' to ask when son was given calpol and how much. Anna seems not to know, and says, but I can see him running around in the playground now. Mother says 'no you can't because he's sitting on the sofa in front of me ,being sick!!!' Misunderstanding or lie? And why couldn't they find the boy when the mother arrived at the school to pick him up?
Anyway mother asked for a move to St Elizabeth's, Marion Pluckrose of the LEA was fobbing her off, then suddenly Tim was suspended, because he's not allowed to say HF can't meet the boys needs, and in investigating this it was discovered that the school was not filling in statutory ACCIDENT FORMS. Marion then tells the mother that the boy should stay at HF as they have new Heads. Mother doesn't fall for this, threatens to tell the press and boy is at St. E's  WITHIN A DAY , he's happy, stops being sick and all's well with the world.... but is it?
We all know that Barbara had various techniques for avoiding accident reports.  One was claiming they'd noticed injuries at 9.05 am ..which terrified and cowed a lot of parents and stopped them complaining again. Secondly was to suggest that the injury was caused on the transport. Thirdly was to just not fill in a report as required by the law, so if Tim was doing any of this it is clear that he learnt it from his predecessor
Isn't amazing how if you say you'll tell the press then you can get whatever you want (not that I blame the parent, it was the right choice)
What is of concern is how much money was spent over the years getting rid of pupils (and parents) that the school considered to be a problem, although some of us would challenge their decisions as faulty, even though it was in the best interest of the child. Cost of shipping kids out of HF must be in the £millions. The parents who don't have this bargaining chip of course have to leave their children in the school.
So what will happen to Tim? Well if he didn't do the accident reports then that is illegal so dismissal is very likely. However it's not like the LEA to 'out' one of their specially home grown and chosen Heads. Surely they could have had a quiet word in his ear, rapped his knuckles and carried on like they do with lots of similar problems, which suggests this was used to get rid of him. When Tim was appointed Webmaster stated catagorically that although he was a nice man there were other people more suitable for the job and there was the usual interview fix just like in Barbara's time. They wanted Tim so they could manipulate him, and when he annoyed them by being honest, they spat him out and probably ruined his career. But we know don't we that the LEA doesn't care, does it. We have to hope that
(1) the new head is properly chosen on merit
(2) the financial black hole is properly investigated
(3) the parents are once again welcomed back into the school in partnership.
Only when this happens will this website shut down.
What do we know so far (a) Annual Reviews were not being done
                                       (b) Alot of fixtures and fittings paid for are not there
                                       (c) Some pupils are taught by HLSA's not teachers
                                       (d) Parents in general are kept out of the school
