This is one of several incidents which we could not tell you about
last month. We gave the school and LEA enough time to sort it or
shoot themselves in the foot.
So parents, if your child came home with these extensive bruises
and a large footprint on their knee wouldn't you think it was
assault/abuse? Well everyone that we've shown the photos to is in
complete agreement with us that this is a bad case of assault.
This child is still in nappies!!!

The OFFICIAL INVESTIGATION.
The parents gave the photos to Marion Pluckrose of the LEA.
The investigating team did not see the photos and came to the
conclusion that the Manual Handling had not been unduly forceful!
The parents tried the Social Services, Police and Child Protection Unit and nobody wanted to know. So the result was a WHITEWASH.
The boy's LSA witnessed the assault, went off sick straight away, and then tendered his resignation .We are very upset that an LSA as good as Neil Tillotson has gone.
Let us know your feelings on this assault and if anyone has had any similar experiences. There are a lot more details which we are not telling you yet, but will do later on, once this has proceeded further, and it will, because this is shocking and the perpetrators must be made to see the error of their ways, which they shamefully do not yet.
It also begs the question "Can a Head and Ass.Head remain in their jobs when commiting an assault on a Special Needs Child like this?"
This why this website is still up and running, to give a platform and support to parents when they are dealt with badly by the school.
