How to Book

Making a booking
Initial reservations must be made over the phone or by e-mail, in order to do this please click on ‘contact us.’ If you are a new customer a booking form will be sent to you and you will be asked to agree to the Make it Science terms and conditions. After your first booking, frequent customers will only have to confirm their bookings by e-mail.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made two weeks before the date of the show. If a cancellation is made after this time a cancellation fee of £30 will be charged. If you just wish to move the show to another date the cancellation fee may not be charged.

Travel Expenses
Presenters will be traveling from Andover and charges will be made at 32p per mile. Make it science will not travel further than one hours travel time from Andover without prior negotiation.

Prices for 2008

INSET and Conference rates are charged at a bespoke rate and should be negotiated with the presenter. To give you a rough guide of the price we charge a day rate of £200 plus any extra preparation and materials.

Multiple Bookings
Make it Science are always happy to negotiate reduced rates for multiple bookings.

Busy periods
It is recommended that you book early for your event if it is during the school holidays or in science week. If your date has already been taken, you can ask to go on a waiting list as we sometimes get cancellations.
