This questionnaire is aimed at collecting data for a case study being undertaken by Lee Ellis, an Undergraduate of Canterbury Christ Church University College [Thanet Campus]. The case study, which is entitled:

"Analysis of the effects of E-Learning Technologies on pedagogical National Curriculum ICT provision”.

The main area of study is the ICT provision at Secondary School (Key Stage 3 Level). This is an area that includes your child. Please complete this questionnaire for me, if you are willing to participate. To complete and post the questionnaire, enter your answers in the boxes provided and check through your answers. Press the 'Submit' button to submit the form to me. Please ensure that your computer has a connection to the Internet - The form will be emailed to me. This is a lengthy form and may take a short while to process through the email program on your computer. I will send you a confirmation email so you know that the questionnaire was submit successfully. This questionnaire is intended for parents only. I am working entirely for Canterbury Christ Church University College - Thanet Campus with regards to this study, independently from any local school. I will liaise with schools regarding the study.
