Code of Conduct

■  All tuition is given in line with DSA guidelines

■  A drivers record is accurately maintained

■  Smoking is not permitted at anytime in the tuition vehicle

■  A mobile phone device will not be used whilst conducting driving

   tuition

■  Your instructor will dress appropriately. Clean and presentable

■  Your instructor must always comply with The Highway Code and

    maintain a polite, professional and respectful attitude towards pupils

    and other road users

■  The tuition vehicle must be clean and tidy and remain in a road

    worthy condition

■  All lesson dates and times must be upheld. If this is not possible a

    minimum of 48 hours prior notice must be given

■  Up to date teaching methods & training materials will be used

    at all times

■  Accurate payment records must be kept between the instructor and

    pupil

■  Refunds for tuition fees are paid on completion of any course of

    lessons

■  The best professional advice is given for both the theory and

    practical tests
