> First came the sounds, a Kenwood head unit, 6x9s and a sub. In one week it blew up. Then after two weeks the next sub blew, next sub went after six months, also cooked the amp, next came the Orion 12", died after three months. I replaced them with two 12" Orion's with a 1600watt mono block, still going strong!! upgraded to Alpine head, now running total Orion through out the car.

> With the sounds sorted and out pumping Jodi Marsh it was time to start on the looks of the car. First came the Valbrem 15" rims. Now looking fresh it was missing that some thing so along came the Kami mess grill and clear indicator lenses,
Bass line thumping, car looking crisp, he's there, he the man. But it needed more but what 2 years at uni’ put a hold on the car mods and become an educated fool, 2 years gone now the car was looking dated so down to Elite for a re-vamp. 40mm drop on a GM suspension set up saw the car looking low 'n' mean. (this was thanks to Timmie's woman)
In between Uni’ work and what ever else Timmie has blown two gear boxes, one from ragging it silly but Tims excuse being they’re a shit designed box .Second box went when gearbox leaked oil into clutch area and he drove back from Stanford-le-hope, with no oil, fifth gear welded its self to the hub, plus bang went the back-box on the same trip, fun!. So in went the third box, then a trip back to Elite saw the purchase and fitment of a Remus backbox. Another year past and the worst thing ever happened, he took a job at Docklands Audi and meet 'Shorty' that was it ! ideas flew around the place not forgetting the cash flow. The rims now kerbed and looking dated. Shorty treated them to a refurb in a one off anthracite with a red pearl tint and a re-modded VR front splitter along with a one off home made ram air induction kit. The car had a whole new look now and Timmie was at every show and every meet until the snow came. BANG CRUNCH there went the front end courtesy of a trolley park in Morrisons.
Dilemma dilemma …what does he do?, claim on the insurance or listen to dear old Shorty, always very willing to spend other people money (or as he puts it, 'I merely open the door, you choose to walk through it) Any way that was it the purchase of angle
headlights crystal clear indicator lenses and A8 l.e.d cruise lights. Wow cars looking damn mean. This only leaves one problem, 'SHORTY'. Wants to play with engine modifications, will he succeed watch this space!!!!
