Here Comes the Rain

This is the heading we used at the start of the Summer concert season and we weren't wrong. We have had one of the wettest Summers on record. However we were very lucky with our outdoor concerts and had wonderful days at Chatsworth, Belper River Gardens, Buxton Pavillion Gardens and Nottingham Castle.

By popular demand the Band held Derby's own "Last Night of the Proms" in the very attractive venue of the Queen's Hall on London Road, Derby on 21st July.
It was great to play to a crowded hall. Thank you to everyone who attended and so contributed to MacMillan Cancer Support.
