This service is designed to find the ideal tenant for your property,
where the landlord prefers to look after the day-to-day responsibilities
of the tenancy such as collecting rent, chasing arrears and taking care
of the general maintenance.
What we do for
you
- Actively market your property to prospective tenants.
- Advertise your property via one of our 'To Let' boards.
- Advertise your property in local newspapers and on the
website.
- Arrange accompanied tenant visits to your property.
- Use an independent credit reference agency to perform an
unbiased reference and financial check on prospective tenant(s).
- Provide tenancy agreements.
- Notify the relevant authorities and utility suppliers of the
change of occupancy.
- Renew the tenancy agreement for a new term if required.
- Offer optional services including an extensive inventory
& schedule of condition, arrange for a gas safety certificate,
an electrical safety checks certificate, an EPC, and tenant
checkout.
