The 'new' church
Our 'new' church enjoys a large (1.1 acres) open site surrounded by lawned areas and bounded on three sides by residential roads.
The main building (plan above) comprises the sanctuary, which has a gently sloping floor dropping down to the raised apse at the front. The acoustics are excellent. In addition there are two halls, the larger one having a well proportioned stage and badminton and basketball courts. The smaller one is carpeted and has direct access through a serving hatch to our well equipped kitchen.
Additionally there is a variety of meeting rooms used for church functions as well as for events organised by other bodies. The sitting room is furnished with easy chairs, but the other two meeting rooms are more formal.
Other facilities include a vestry (which serves also as a quiet room) and our church office. Recently we constructed disabled toilets. Ample car parking is available on site and in adjacent roads.
