Last year we had the opportunity to talk about mindfulness, to learn this simple and effective method to free ourselves from suffering and restless battles. I would like to take another opportunity to revisit this practice, inviting all of you for a morning that feels exactly like a retreat. This will be the opportunity to learn an effective method of meditation that anybody can bring into their everyday life.

of Continuing Professional Development
(CPD)
CPD is defined as the holistic commitment
to structured skills enhancement and personal and/or
professional competence. CPD can also be defined as the
conscious updating of professional knowledge and the
improvement of professional competence throughout a
person's working life. It is a commitment to being
professional, keeping up to date and continuously seeking
to improve. It is the key to optimizing a person's career
opportunities, both today and for the future (Chartered
Institute of Professional Development, 2000).
If you are already enrolled in a Yoga Training programme
and/or are required to accumulate certain hours towards
accreditation as a Complementary Therapist, Health
Practitioner or Yoga Teacher, attendance to a minimum
of four
different workshops entitles
you to obtain a Certificate of Continuing Professional
Development in Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation training
issued by the Centre for Yoga Studies and Development.
Booking
Advance bookings are
necessary as places are limited. Use the contact form to
send your request for a place and give reference to which
workshop you would like to attend. You will be able to pay
via PayPal. Payment methods accepted: Visa/Mastercard.
Cancellation
Policy
If you wish to cancel or change a booking, a 50%
administrative charge will apply. You are required to
cancel or change a booking up to 72 hours (3 days) before
the workshop date. Clients are advised that places in the
workshops are limited and changes to bookings may not be
possible.
