Terms and conditions ...

  • You may arrive at any time after 4.30pm (earlier times to deliver luggage are possible by prior arrangement). Pre-booked guests are requested to contact us by telephone if they are unable to arrive prior to 8.30 p.m. Please ensure that you arrive by 10pm at the latest except by special arrangement.
  • While inside the house we would ask that, for your own comfort, you wear slippers or soft shoes. If you do not have these with you, we can provide them. (These are floral flip-flops for which a sense of humour is essential!).
  • In terms of our non-smoking policy, guests who do not comply with this policy WILL be asked to leave. Smokers may do so in the garden.
  • If you are bringing young children under 5 years of age, please bring appropriate bedding with you as this is not provided, however, we do have a folding cot available. For their own safety and for that of other guests, all children must be kept under control at all times. Well-behaved children are welcome.
  • Our accommodation suitable for children is limited - booking in advance may be essential).
  • Regrettably, we are unable to offer accommodation to pets as we have a dog of our own. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. We are happy for dog owners to keep their pets in their cars overnight in our off-road parking area.
  • Guests must leave the premises by 10.00 a.m. each day.
