Master Bedroom and the view from balcony    

The villa is built into the hillside and is approached by steps leading from the garage. The front door leads into a split/level sitting-room with doors opening to the terrace, for the benefit of low-season bookings it has a log-burning stove. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dish-washer & microwave, it is divided from the dining-room by a breakfast-bar, access to the terrace via double doors.

Along the hallway is a bar area with a drinks-chiller, there is a separate utility-room with washing-machine which leads onto an outside drying area. There are two bedrooms, one double, one twin with direct access to the terrace, served by a bath-room across the hall. At the end of the corridor is a large double-bedroom also with direct access to the terrace with a private dressing area and en-suite bath-room. This bedroom and bathroom was refurbished in 2008 to provide the highest possible standards of accommodation.

Upstairs there is a spacious master-bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a balcony giving spectacular views over the pool and out to the bay.

Outside there is a large terraced area with shaded & open eating areas surrounding the private pool, there are two large sun umbrellas. The pool-lighting & superb views make the terrace the perfect place to watch the sun go down in the evening. There is a large teak dining table to accommodate 8 diners, a Menorcan-style barbecue & barbecue area. There are 8 sun-loungers at the property.
