Does Your Browser Support Jave

Make sure you have turned it on.
This is how, Go to your Internet Explorer,the one you view the web with, go to Tools at the top,scroll down to Internet Options,
Security tab,Custom Level,scroll down to Scripting of Java Applets,
To turn it on click Enable...

If that makes no difference,(This is what happened to me) You will
have to go on the web and download a file from Microsoft, 5.4Mb
30 minutes download time,And put Java back on your computer. The
Website address is http://www.microsoft.com/Java/vm/dl_vm40.htm
Turn off your anti-virus software when you install it, double click
the file to install it, remember to turn your anti-virus software
back on before you access the web again.
