After a year of 'thinking about it' and a long build up with a lot of ribbing from his fellow Karateka "little" Paul left for China on Monday 13th October 2003 to fullfil a long yearned for desire..... to train in a real Training Academy (or was it a Monastery ? ).

This part of the web site will follow Paul's Adventures as the weeks pass and will include a few pictures as we receive them. Paul is planning to send a weekly update so keep logging on and checking.
