The St Albans Club is run by Sensei Nick Lower (5^th Dan) and ably assisted by qualified Instructors. Sensei Lower is very dedicated to ESKA, his own Karate and to the progress of his students. He often competes in Kata competitions at 'Regional' level. St Albans meet twice a week as shown below. New and fellow students are alway welcome.
