- A £150 non refundable deposit for each week booked is required to secure reservation.
- Should bookings be cancelled 4 weeks prior to commencement date of holiday the full balance is due.
- Payment can be made by Credit Card, Cheques or Cash (Sterling £).
- Cheques should be made payable to ESPLANADE WEST (OBAN) LTD.
- Balance of account must be paid on arrival.
- Apartments are available from 2pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
- £1.00 coins are required for electric meters.
- Private parking free for residents.
