Sautéed Mushrooms in a cream of paprika sauce, served in a bowl with a garlic bread side to dip if you choose..... 

Served with hot crusty bread 

 Chicken and Asparagus Terrine
 
 Served with a mixed leaf and mint dressing, crusty bread and a sweet pepper relish
 

Breaded Brie
A generous helping of breaded brie, served with a mixed leaf salad garnish and topped with an orange and cranberry sauce

Grilled Pork Loin
  
Tender Pork Loin filled with smoked applewood cheddar and slices of braeburn apple then topped with a cream cider sauce... 

Chicken and Smoked Bacon
Succulent pan fried chicken, covered with a smoky bacon sauce, served with a homemade potato rosti
 

Grilled Tuna
 Grilled tuna steak, served with a crushed new potato, topped with a delicate red wine sauce 

Vegetarian Pancakes
Savoury pancakes filled with a creamy broccoli and wild mushroom ragout, finished with a mature cheddar cheese topping

 

All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potato dish of the day unless otherwise stated...
