Set amid the green fields of Exmoor’s Brendon Hills, Exton House is a spacious Victorian former rectory.

On entering through the front door you pass along a colourful tiled hall. On the right is our spacious dining room fully equipped with all you need for memorable meal times.

Next to this, the lounge with comfortable seating, an open fire, and television with video and DVD player.

Alongside the lounge is the downstairs bedroom, the ‘Morning Room’ with views to the garden.

Passing under the stairs we come to the kitchen, with ample equipment to cater for your group; large cooker, commercial fridge, fridge-freezer, two dishwashers, food mixers, hot-cupboard, and much more.

Past the kitchen you arrive at the back door, opening on to the car park.

Climbing up the impressive staircase out of the hall, we arrive at a spacious vaulted landing with six bedrooms of varying sizes, several of which are able to accommodate extra beds.

These are all connected by a carpeted hallway which is ideal for indoor bowls!

About twenty or so yards across the car park from the back door is our annex ‘Rectors Cottage’ which has three good sized bedrooms, two of which are large enough to take extra beds.

The whole property is set in a large garden of about one acre where guests can relax and enjoy the country sights and sounds, or where children can play safely from traffic.
