We meet at St Andrew's church hall on the first Thursday of every month. The church hall is located at the eastern end of the Havent road next to St Andrew's Church.
The garden club was set up in 1982 by
Jack Smith. Originally a section of the Bedhampton Care Group it soon became a club in its own right. Now after over 20 years we still hold monthly meetings on a wide range of subjects related to gardening to a greater or lesser exrent. We have been fortunate to have had Brian Kidd speak on a number of occasions in the past and will be welcoming him twice this year (2007). The club organises three main shows a year, Spring, Rose and Sweet Pea and Summer. These shows contain a limited number of open classes and the public is very welcome to come and see the results of our endeavours. A smaller members
only Autumn show is held at the start of the October members meeting.
